hmm, i think munnabhai did the right thing.
sometimes people give irrelevant advice. one guy asks im getting divorced, what shud i do with respect to 485? if people tell him, stop worrying bout 485, focus on ur life and fix ur marraige, then its not helping him from a "forum" perspective.

they have delayed processing time so more people will file for premium processing and they earn more money. H1b quota is not filling up and all of a sudden processing time went from 2 to 6-7 months in 1 month. Because so many people ( h1 - h4 ) might be travelling in dec - jan season. Come back in feb - march and processing time will be again 2 months.

Has anyone thought of the people who missed the august 17 deadline because the labor was not cleared within time. Because of no mistake from ourside, we have to suffer. What a screwed up legal situation ?

Lou Dobbs Sucks. Please stop his false propaganda on H1B. Get your facts right. Know the program before you talk about it. H1B is given for 3 years and have an option to extension for every 3 years. Nobody is overstaying their visas. They are extending their visa.

I am kind of disappointed with the response to the idea of calling our respective University presidents knowing that there voice will be heard. All we need to do is convince the university presidents to speak for us?

Finally I too received my FP notices, however I am scheduled to attend ASC in my attorney's location, I called customer service and now I need to wait till ASC finds an open spot to schedule FP at my location.

A lot of us can do and will do many things. Your argument does not stand ground. I dont ahave anything against this guy. I have a problem with the system that permits this activity. Because its not fair. By the way I seriously doubt this happens to people in my situation. This is typical of "desi consultant companies". So once again pontiff i dont have a grudge against this guy but the system that allows this to take place.
